Equilux were appointed for the complete removal and replacement of all Mechanical and Electrical elements to an existing building based at Gibraltar Army Barracks in Minley.
Very early on into the contract the details for the installation wouldn’t work within the confines of the original building.
After multiple meetings with the clients, constant re-costing exercises and a lot of special order (long lead-in) materials, installation was underway!
With all of the above, power had to remain to sensitive secured Server rooms and the fire alarm couldn’t be replaced until completion.
Even after losing eight weeks of much needed time, the job was completed within the allotted time with an agreed two week extension.
